POLI-FLEX® 4655 is a heat-sealable, printable Polyurethane-vinyl (transparent) suitable for white and light-coloured textiles.

POLI-FLEX® 4655 is a two-layer transfer vinyl being coated with a hotmelt on the non-covered printable side. The upper side of the vinyl after the application process is based on a transparent, UV-resistant polyurethane.  POLI-FLEX® 4655 is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent and SOLVENT inks. The PET liner allows even filigree motifs to cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing. After weeding the heat transfer is done with the original carrier.

A matt PET-film on top of the image during the thermal transfer gives a brilliant semi-matt finish. After heat-transfer we recommend removing the PET-liner after a short period of cooling down to room temperature.  The transfer vinyl is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear.

Nylon and textiles with a hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer.

We recommend evaluation on test material.  Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only cover the unprocessed material.
