With online support Sign Essentials can more easily diagnose your support enquiries using remote access technology. This means that Sign Essentials support staff can see and interact directly with your computer. The software is safe and easy to use. It is downloaded from our website and only grants access to the support staff of your choice. While your computer is being remotely accessed by our staff you can take control or disconnect the session at any time. When the remote session ends the software closes itself down leaving your computer safe from intrusion.
