IMPACT CNC TORNADO
The Tornado, from Impact CNC, is the ideal machine for sign making, parts fabrication and woodworking. Both the steel table-frame and gantry on the Tornado are manufactured to the highest standard, ensuring outstanding rigidity. All 3 axes are powered by fast, reliable, and quiet Japanese Yaskawa AC Servo motors which provide plenty of torque and power. The X and Y axes run on square THK linear bearings and rails to ensure smooth and accurate travel. These bearings are factory-sealed and provide maintenance-free reliability.
Cutting on the Tornado is performed by a 9kw HSD Auto Tool Change spindle. Coupled with Impact CNC’s 6+-tool static rack it makes multiple-tool jobs a breeze. Materials are held down with a powerful air-cooled vacuum pump and dust is efficiently removed with the Impact CNC dust extraction system which is included as standard. All these components are driven by the industry renowned Syntec Digital CNC controller.
