Features
The Signmaster 1600 has been constructed to last in a high volume production environment with a heavy duty chassis to correct any twisting of the frame. The 132mm diameter silicone rollers provide a beautiful finish every time. The roller height can be accurately controlled with a single handle to accommodate substrate thicknesses up to 25mm and can be easily measured with the roller height indicators.
The Signmaster has impressive safety features including multiple emergency stop buttons and an infrared safety cut-off switch.
The Signmaster features the latest easy load non-slip film and product mandrels, product feed guide plates with smooth chrome rollers to aid feed and eliminate scratching of products, print and take-up mandrels with tensioner for full rolls of print media.
Also available is the Signmaster Plus - all the same features a the Signmaster but with added Heat Assist to help prevent silvering.
