New Range

Tekcel has recently launched the all-new Fusion, Enduro and Verso ranges of CNC Routers. The new products draw on Tekcel’s 20 years of CNC research and development to offer the best mix of features and value for money to the sign industry. New standard features include a heavy duty steel gantry and frame which are both precision machined and welded to ensure optimum performance. The Fusion, the Enduro and the Verso are equipped with forklift pick-up points to aid installation. Other standard features include pop-up locating pins to make sheet location simple, a new tool length sensor mechanism for precision depth control, a central lubrication system, easy-access filters to make maintenance a breeze, and a new valve system to control vacuum hold-down zones. 
The Fusion is available in two sizes, 3660mm x 1800mm and 4100mm x 2058mm.  It is the top of the line machine and features an extra strong frame and gantry to allow blinding speed from its AC Servo motors.  It comes with a standard pop-up tool rack with up to 18 tools depending on the machine size.  The Fusion also features a 9 position mutibore head as standard for fast drilling.  It is a real work horse - ideal for cabinet making, shop fitting and alupanel cutting, where high throughput and accuracy are important. 
The Enduro is available in six sizes from 2500mm x 1540mm up to 4100mm x 2058mm. It comes with a standard 6-position static Auto Tool Change rack which can be upgraded if more tools are required. Maximum cutting speed is 400mm per second; all axes feature ballscrew technology for maximum accuracy and longevity.  The Enduro is ideal for larger sign makers, plastics, cabinet making, shop fitting and alupanel cutting, where good throughput and high accuracy are required. 
The Verso is available in two sizes, 2500mm x 1540mm and 3100mm x 2058mm. The Verso comes standard with a 5.5kW Manual Tool Change Spindle which can be upgraded to a 6-position static Auto Tool Change rack. Maximum cutting speed is 250mm per second; all axes feature ballscrew technology for maximum accuracy and longevity.  The Verso is great for sign makers, plastics, giftware etc, where accuracy is important but not necessarily speed.  Options available include extended clearance gantries, the Opticam print registration system, dust extraction, sheet lifters, coolant atomisers and labelling.
