Introducing the VersaCAMM SPi Series

The worlds most versatile, reliable and easy-to-use printer/cutter. Roland's industry-leading technology combines superb printing with precision contour cutting for flawless results every time. With the SPi series, you will enjoy all the performance features, ease of use and affordability that have made VersaCAMM the number one printer/cutter worldwide. The VersaCAMM can automatically contour cut printed graphics without reloading or repositioning them and also functions as a stand-alone vinyl cutter. With 4-colour inkjet printing and precision contour cutting, it's perfect for a wide variety of jobs, from colourful decals and labels, heat transfers for apparel, posters and floor graphics to Point Of Purchase (POP) materials and virtually every kind of sign imaginable. In addition to being easy-to-use and reliable, VersaCAMM produces graphics with outstanding durability indoors and out - even on ordinary vinyl! Now you can print and cut economical banners, signs and vehicle graphics that will last up to three years outdoors without lamination.*

ECO-SOL MAX Ink - Gentle on People and the Environment

With the VersaCAMM, signmakers no longer need to worry about headaches, dizziness or concerns about the environment. Revolutionary ECO-SOL MAX INK is formulated to be gentle for both users and the environment. Odour is much less than with most solvent inks and requires no special ventilation or environmental equipment. Ink is available in CMYK and is packaged in convenient 220ml or 440ml Cartridges.

Cost Effective

The combination of an integrated heating system and ECO-SOL MAX INK allows the VersaCAMM to print on a wide variety of commercially available media. Choose from ordinary vinyl and banner materials for lower production costs, or Roland's premium SOL MEDIA, including backlit and glossy paper, for dependable outdoor and indoor use. As always, Sign Essentials provides unparalleled support, including profiles for the most popular vinyls.

A Host of Advanced Features

Continuing Roland's tradition of award-winning performance, VersaCAMM uses variable droplet and Piezo inkjet technologies to print brilliant graphics that are water, scratch and UV resistant. For the most demanding jobs, VersaCAMM can print at up to 1440 dpi resolution. VersaCAMM's factory-integrated pre- and post-printing heating system ensures optimum adhesion between ECO-SOL MAX INK and media. The SPi range now includes Roland Intelligent Pass Control for faster printing without banding.  Other important features include an automatic sheet cutter for separating output after it has been printed and a sensor that produces an audible warning when ink is running low.  

Roland Versaworks Rip included

Roland Versaworks Rip software provides precision colour management and contour cutting. Simultaneous RIP & Print capability, enhanced colour management and several convenient layout options including nesting, tiling and cropping are just a few of its powerful features. Roland Versaworks is easy to use - even for people unfamiliar with Rip software. Everything you want to know is visible without having to click on menus. 

Precision Contour Cutting with Quadralign

The VersaCAMM makes quick work of precision contour cutting of decals, signs, labels, etc. Once an image has been printed, it can be automatically contour cut without having to reload or reposition the media. Should you need to laminate your work, Roland's unique Quadralign optical registration system automatically generates crop marks at all four corners, allowing you to remove a print, laminate and then reload it for perfect contour cutting. Quadralign even compensates for skew and distortion.
